BANK LEVIES are performed by our office on a daily basis. We can have your WRIT issued and the Sheriff's file opened the same day and then execute on the Financial Institution immediately.
In order for us to open the Sheriff's file we need to have the following documents:
• An ORIGINAL Letter of Instructions to the Sheriff
• An ORIGINAL and 5 copies of the WRIT OF EXECUTION
• 3 Copies of the NOTICE OF LEVY directed to each Bank
• 3 Copies of the NOTICE OF LEVY directed to each Judgment Debtor
• 3 Copies of the MEMORANDUM OF GARNISHEE
• 3 Copies of the EXEMPTION FROM ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS
After service has been effected on the 3rd parties, we will serve the Debtors) by mail and then file the appropriate PROOFS OF SERVICE with the Sheriff.
